目的 研究谷胱甘肽 s-转移酶基因多态性 (GSTM1、GSTT1)与大肠癌危险性的综合危险性。方法 采用随机效应模型进行 Meta综合分析。结果 GSTM1、GSTT1基因多态性与大肠癌的综合危险性 (ORs)及其 95 %可信区间分别为 1.0 80 (1.0 6 0~ 1.0 99) ,1.377(1.173~ 1.6 16 )。结论 GSTM1、GSTT1基因缺失型可增加大肠癌的危险性 ,GSTT1缺失型危险性稍高于 GSTM1,但均为弱联系
Objective To study the combined risk of glutathione s-transferase gene polymorphism (GSTM1, GSTT1) and colorectal cancer risk. Methods Meta-analysis was performed using a random effects model. Results The combined risk of GSTM1, GSTT1 polymorphisms and colorectal cancer (ORs) and their 95% confidence intervals were 1.080 (1.06 to 1.099) and 1.377 (1.173 to 1.616), respectively. Conclusion The deletion of GSTM1 and GSTT1 gene may increase the risk of colorectal cancer. The risk of GSTT1 deletion is slightly higher than that of GSTM1, but both are weakly related.
