本文讨论了粉碎后的苍术、香附和使君子及其不同溶剂萃取物,采用滤纸药膜法和饲料混药法处理杂拟谷盗成虫三天,具有明显的忌避作用。试验表明,药膜法有效忌避浓度,苍术粗提物为10.4～17.2微克/厘米~2,香附为4.6～14.2微克/厘米~2,使君子为13.6～30.3微克/厘米~2;混药法有效忌避剂量在0.5～2.0％时,处理三天后,苍术对试虫忌避率为91.5～95.0％,使君子为90.5～94.6％,香附为32.0～85.0％;点滴法剂量在20～40微克/每头虫时,处理试虫48小时,接触毒性均较小。此外,苍术粗提物对试虫的忌避作用,比其分离后的纯化合物苍术酮和苍术素单独处理为强。特别应强调的是,如果将使君子粗提物分别与苍术、香附粗提物以2:1比例混合处理试虫时,则比其单一处理的忌避效果更好。
