砖拱券施工一般多按给定的拱券半径,用木材做胎模,待胎模支完后再砌砖拱券。这种传统做法耗用木材量较大,而且只用一次,改锯利用率也不高。前不久,我们在某锅炉房烟道筒子券工程施工中,采用钢管券胎模施工,较好地解决了这个问题,具体做法如下。首先,要求按图纸砌烟道墙,然后在烟道墙内用粘土砂浆每隔1米左右砌两个砖垛至要求高度,一般为拱脚高减去钢模板或其它搁置物厚度,见图1。
The construction of brick arch tickets is generally based on the radius of the given arch vouchers. Not long ago, in the construction of a boiler house flue voucher project, we used steel pipe coupons for tire mold construction to better solve this problem. The specific practices are as follows.
