目的 研究几种药剂对椭圆叶花锚种子的发芽力的影响。方法 用不同浓度的青霉素、KCN、KNO3、PEG-6 0 0 0、IAA、GA3、6 - BA溶液对椭圆叶花锚浸种。结果 青霉素的 5、2 0、4 0 m g/ L,KCN的 5、2 0 mg/ L,5 %的 PEG-6 0 0 0 ,2 0 m g/ L GA3和 6 - BA的 2 5、75 mg/ L可极显著提高椭圆叶花锚种子平均发芽率、平均发芽势 ,其中以 6 - BA以 2 5 m g/ L 处理效果最好 ,可使其种子发芽率、发芽势分别提高 4 6 .0 %、39.6 7% ;IAA溶液和 KNO3对椭圆叶花锚种子的萌发无明显效果 ;而 15 %、2 5 %的 PEG- 6 0 0 0、80 mg/ L IAA、16 0 mg/ L GA3、10 0 mg/ L 6 - BA则明显抑制种子萌发。用 5 mg/ L 青霉素、2 5 mg/ L 6 - BA分别处理椭圆叶花锚种子后进行的室内土壤播种 ,对种子的萌发无明显影响。结论 不同药剂及同一药剂的不同浓度对椭圆叶花锚种子发芽力的影响不同。
Objective To study the effects of several agents on the germination of seeds of Annona. Methods Different concentrations of penicillin, KCN, KNO3, PEG - 6000, IAA, GA3, 6 - BA solution were soaked in Anthozoa. Results Penicillin 5,2 0,4 0 mg / L, KCN 5,2 0 mg / L, 5% PEG-60,000, 20 mg / L GA3 and 6-BA 25,75 mg / L could significantly increase the average germination rate and average germination energy of A. annua seeds, of which the best effect was obtained with 6 - BA at 25 mg / L, which could increase the seed germination rate and germination potential by 46.6% 39.6 7%; IAA solution and KNO3 had no significant effect on the seed germination of V. amurensis, while 15%, 25% PEG-6000, 80 mg / L IAA, 160 mg / L GA3, L 6 - BA significantly inhibited seed germination. The indoor soil sowing treatment with 5 mg / L penicillin and 25 mg / L 6 - BA, respectively, had no significant effect on seed germination. Conclusion Different concentrations of different agents and the same agent have different effects on the germination ability of the seeds of Annum Ellis.
