H形截面铝合金压弯构件的设计方法在工程中往往直接应用于T形截面构件,这一现状与后者的稳定性能并不相符。根据有限元方法对腹板端受压较大的T形截面铝合金压弯构件的平面内稳定承载力进行了参数分析。分析方法中考虑了材料非线性、几何非线性和初始缺陷的影响,对三种T形截面和两种典型合金类型(弱硬化合金和强硬化合金)进行了计算,并比较了GB 50429—2007《铝合金结构设计规范》推荐算式、文中建议公式和数值方法所得的计算结果。结果表明:GB 50429—2007推荐算式偏于安全较多,而文中提出的算式更为精确并足够安全。
The design method of H-section aluminum alloy bending members is often applied directly to T-shaped members in the project, which is not consistent with the latter’s stability. The in-plane stable bearing capacity of T-section aluminum alloy bending members with large compression on web end is analyzed by finite element method. The influence of material nonlinearity, geometrical nonlinearity and initial defect was taken into account in the analysis method. Three types of T-section and two typical alloy types (hard alloy and hard alloy) were calculated and compared with GB 50429-2007 “Aluminum Alloy Design Code” recommended formula, the paper recommended formulas and numerical results obtained by the calculation results. The results show that the recommended formulas in GB 50429-2007 tend to be more secure, while the formulas proposed in the paper are more accurate and safe.
