目的:探讨祛瘀生新法的代表方剂生化止血饮对药物流产后大鼠子宫蜕膜PRmRNA及Fas/FaslmRNA表达的影响。方法:40只受孕大鼠随机分为正常孕鼠组、模型组、益母草组、生化止血饮组,采用原位杂交方法检测大鼠子宫蜕膜PRmRNA及Fas/FaslmRNA表达。结果:生化止血饮可降低PRmRNA表达水平,增强Fas/FaslmRNA表达水平,生化止血饮组与模型组及益母草组之间具有显著性差异。结论:祛瘀生新法的代表方剂生化止血饮可明显促进药流后大鼠子宫蜕膜细胞调亡,加快蜕膜脱落,从而达到止血的目的。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qu Zhicheng Shengxiao Yin, a representative prescription of stasis removing new blood on the expression of PR mRNA and Fas / Fasl mRNA in uterine decidua after abortion. Methods: Forty pregnant rats were randomly divided into normal pregnant group, model group, motherwort group and Shengji Zhixue Decoction group. The expression of PR mRNA and Fas / Fasl mRNA in rat uterine decidua were detected by in situ hybridization. Results: Biochemical Hemostatic Decoction can reduce PR mRNA expression and enhance the expression of Fas / Fasl mRNA, and there is a significant difference between Biochemical Hemostatic Decoction group and model group and Motherwort group. Conclusion: The prescription of Biochemical and Hemostatic Decoction, a typical prescription for removing stasis and removing blood, can obviously promote the apoptosis of rat uterine decidual cells after drug abortion and accelerate the decidual shedding, so as to achieve the purpose of hemostasis.
