目前国内外企业普遍采用二阶段培训与三阶段培训。 二阶段培训 一般分为全公司培训和工作现场培训。 1.全公司培训:又称为集中培训。所有新员工,无论将从事什么工作,都接受同样内容的培训。培训内容一般是公司概况、行为规范、生产过程之类,方法主要有集中授课、现场参观 At present, domestic and foreign enterprises generally adopt two-stage training and three-stage training.
