粉笔生涯大半生,风霜雪雨夜兼程。呕心沥血禾苗壮,戴月披星分秒争。白首临风迎旭日,银丝伏案伴孤灯。愚人最爱育才梦,桃李满园劲倍增。——这是我工作之余写的一首《七律·耕教乐》小诗,也算是我从教的一点感悟。大家都知道,班主任老师每天都要跟孩子们打交道,我们不仅仅是要搞好教学工作,更重要的是要让他们懂得做人的道理。这不但要有耐心,而且要有智慧,要潜移默化地引导他们。只有这样,我们才能收获快乐、幸福与成功。 Mostly chalk career life, wind and snow and night. We all know that the head teacher should deal with the children every day. We should not only do a good job in teaching but more importantly, let them understand the truth in life. This should not only be patient, but wise, and guide them subtly. Only in this way can we gain happiness, happiness and success.
