目的了解北京市西山煤矿噪声危害和在职职工听力损伤情况。方法调查3家煤矿数个工作面噪声强度,对在岗工人进行煤尘和噪声作业的职业健康检查,收集数据进行统计分析。结果煤矿井下作业条件差,检测噪声作业点56个,超标率为51.79%;检测井下作业人员10 200人,听力损伤发生率为12.75%;煤矿噪声聋检出较多的年龄组为20~30岁,工龄为5~10 a,并有随年龄和工龄延长发病率增加的趋势。结论该3家煤矿井下作业噪声危害严重,工人听力损伤发生率高,应综合防治。
Objective To understand the noise hazards of Beijing Xishan Coal Mine and the hearing impairment of working staff. Methods The noise intensity of several working faces in 3 coal mines was investigated and the occupational health examination was conducted on the workers in the coal mines for noise and dust pollution. Data were collected for statistical analysis. Results Coal mine operating conditions were poor, the number of noise detection points 56, exceeding the rate of 51.79%; detection of underground workers 10,200 people, the incidence of hearing loss was 12.75%; mine noise deaf detected more age groups of 20 to 30 Years of age, length of service is 5 ~ 10 a, and with age and length of service to increase the incidence of the trend. Conclusion The operation noise of these three coal mines is seriously harmful to workers and the workers have a high incidence of hearing impairment. Therefore, they should be comprehensively controlled.
