采用高效液相色谱法测定 天麻浓缩 颗粒中天麻 素的含量。色谱 柱： Ｓｈｉｍ ｐａｃｋ Ｃ Ｌ Ｃ－ Ｏ Ｄ Ｓ 柱； 检测波长： ２７０ ｎ ｍ ； 流 动 相： 甲 醇 － 磷 酸 盐 溶 液 （ 含 磷 酸 二 氢 钾 和 磷 酸 氢 二 钠 各 为 ０ ．１ ｍ ｏｌ／ Ｌ） － 水（１ ．５∶３∶９５ ．５） ； 柱温： ２５ ℃。线性关系在２ ．０ ～１０ ．０ μｇ 范围内， ｒ ＝ ０ ．９９９７ ， 平均加样回收率为 ９７ ．８４ ％ ， Ｒ Ｓ Ｄ为１ ．６２ ％ 。
