甲基异丁酮萃取、偶氮胂Ⅲ比色法快速测定球墨铸铁中总稀土量的方法,经近半年来的生产实践考验,证实甲基异丁酮萃取分离确有其优点。由于生产力发展的需要,迫切要求从速解决合金钢的分析问题。为此,在原有的基础上针对铬钢、铬锰钢、铬钼钒钢、锰矽钢及铬钛钢等类,作了进一步的试验。采用了甲基异丁酮萃取或者 N-苯甲铣苯胲萃取分离、偶氮肿Ⅲ比色测定,获得了满意的结果。本文所提出的方法,完全适用于上述诸钢种的分析要求,操作简单、快速(仅需10~20分钟),且结果准确可靠。
Methyl isobutyl ketone extraction, arsenazo Ⅲ colorimetric rapid determination of total rare earth in ductile iron method, after nearly six months of production practice test, confirmed that the methyl isobutyl ketone extraction has its advantages. Due to the development of productive forces, there is an urgent need to quickly resolve the analysis of alloy steel. To this end, based on the original for chromium steel, chromium manganese steel, chromium molybdenum vanadium steel, manganese silicon steel and chromium titanium steel and other categories, made further tests. Using methyl isobutyl ketone extraction or N-benzoylbenzene extraction extraction separation, azo-colorimetric determination, obtained satisfactory results. The method proposed in this paper is fully applicable to the analysis of the above-mentioned types of steel requirements, simple, fast (only 10 to 20 minutes), and the results are accurate and reliable.
