本试验研究了湿干间隙处理对辣椒种子活力及生理生化的效应。试验结果表明,湿干间隙处理能有效抑制辣椒种子可溶性物质的外渗,增加种子内蛋白质的合成,使其芽期过氧化氢酶活性增强、高峰期提前,从而有效地提高了辣椒种子活力。
This experiment studied the effects of wet-dry gap on the vigor and physiological and biochemical properties of pepper seeds. The results showed that wet-dry interstitial treatment can effectively inhibit the extravasation of soluble substances in pepper seeds and increase the protein synthesis in the seeds, and increase the activity of catalase at the bud stage and advance at the peak, thus effectively increasing the seed vigor of pepper seeds.
