目的 :探讨丹参和山楂提取工艺及组方的合理性。方法 :采用高脂血症小鼠模型 ,观察消瘀片分煎剂、合煎剂及单组分对血脂的影响。结果 :消瘀片分煎剂对降低高脂血症小鼠TC、TG、LDL C和apoB含量 ,增加HDL C、apoAI及apoAI/apoB比值的作用 ,均较消瘀片合煎剂及单组分要强。 结论 :丹参水提取物和山楂醇提取物组成的消瘀片对调节小鼠血脂水平具有更强的作用。
Objective: To explore the rationality of extracting technology and composition of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Astragali. METHODS: The hyperlipidemia mouse model was used to observe the effects of decoction tablet decoction, decoction and single component on blood lipids. RESULTS: The effect of Xiaopi tablet decoction on reducing TC, TG, LDL C and apoB levels in hyperlipidemic mice and increasing the ratios of HDL C, apoAI and apoAI/apoB was better than that of Xiaoying Tablet decoction and single group. Points to strong. Conclusion : The Xiaoying Tablet composed of water extract of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Hawthorn alcohol extract has a stronger effect on regulating blood lipid levels in mice.
