针对单、双管环形掺热水集油流程,给出了系统的水力、热力参数,包括流量、含水率、压力、温度、比热等的计算方法,以系统的热耗、电耗及投资为目标,以压力、温度、管径取值范围为约束条件,建立了系统参数多目标优化数学模型,并给出了求解方法。结合实例分析,指出:双管环形集油流程的掺水管线较长,导致系统投资、系统电耗较大;单管环形集油流程在环上掺水较集中,导致系统热耗较大。按本文建立的目标函数,经优化得出,双管环形集油流程较优。
Aiming at the single-and double-tube ring-shaped water heating and oil-gathering process, the hydraulic and thermal parameters of the system are given, including the calculation methods of flow, moisture content, pressure, temperature and specific heat. As the goal, the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization of system parameters is set up under the constraints of pressure, temperature and pipe diameter range, and the solution method is given. According to the analysis of the examples, it is pointed out that the long water mixing pipeline of the double-tube annular oil-gathering process leads to the investment of the system and the large power consumption of the system; the single-pipe annular oil-collecting process is more concentrated on the ring, resulting in larger heat consumption of the system. According to the objective function established in this paper, it is obtained through optimization that the double tube annular oil collecting process is superior.
