模拟胃肠环境，利用分光光度法及薄层扫描法对六味地黄丸中丹皮酚及熊果酸进行体外释放度的测定，并在威布尔概率纸上作图求得丹皮酚的Ｔ５０、Ｔｄ。熊果酸不溶出。
To simulate the gastrointestinal environment, the in vitro release of paeonol and ursolic acid in Liuwei Dihuang Pills was measured by spectrophotometry and thin-layer scanning, and the T50 of paeonol was obtained by plotting on Weibull probability paper. Td. Ursolic acid does not dissolve out.
