采用SHS(Self-propagatingHigh-temperatureSynthesis)离心法制备类1Cr18Ni9耐蚀合金内衬复合钢管。通过SEM和TEM方法研究了其组织特征。结果表明,在合金中存在大量位错以及与基体有完全共格界面的NiAl金属间化合物,合金呈典型的铸态组织,基体具有体心立方结构
1Cr18Ni9 corrosion resistant alloy lined composite steel tube was prepared by SHS (Self-propagatingHigh-temperatureSynthesis) centrifugal method. The microstructure was studied by SEM and TEM. The results show that there are a large number of dislocations in the alloy and the NiAl intermetallic compound has a completely coherent interface with the matrix, the alloy is a typical as-cast structure, the matrix has a body-centered cubic structure
