Somogyi等(1959)发现G/I~*=0.3-2.6。
Early morning hyperglycemia in diabetic patients, especially adolescents using insulin therapy is extremely common. And people with diabetes are extremely unstable in their blood sugar and urine sugar, and they show significant fluctuations even when there is no change in dietary carbohydrate content and insulin dosage. In order to make insulin better control of blood sugar, people have done a lot of research for nearly half a century. Shortly after the insulin was used in the clinic, Wilder et al. Pointed out that 1.59 grams of glucose can be “metabolized” by injecting 1 unit of insulin. Somogyi et al. (1959) found that G / I ~ * = 0.3-2.6. However, since exogenous insulin can not simulate physiological insulin secretion and reverse regulation of other factors, early morning hyperglycemia is still an important issue in the clinical treatment of diabetes.
