为了探测合成孔径激光雷达的平台振动引起的相位误差,采用一种新的振动测量方法,利用激光外差平衡探测和正交信号处理技术,直接提取探测信号相位,并对正交信号之间的不平衡度引起的误差进行了校正,得到系统探测相位灵敏度为1.45 rad。实验表明,该方法不但能够精确测量低频率微小振动位移引起的相位变化,而且对回波信号的幅度波动不敏感,有别于激光多普勒振动计。
In order to detect the phase error caused by the platform vibration of the synthetic aperture lidar, a new vibration measurement method is adopted. The laser heterodyne balanced detection and the orthogonal signal processing technique are used to directly extract the detection signal phase, The error caused by unbalance is corrected, and the phase detection sensitivity of the system is 1.45 rad. Experiments show that this method not only can accurately measure the phase change caused by low frequency and small vibration displacement, but also is insensitive to the amplitude fluctuation of echo signal, which is different from laser Doppler vibration meter.
