目的 :探讨下斜肌转移术治疗上斜肌麻痹的疗效。方法 :对 36例上斜肌麻痹的患者施行下斜肌转移术 ,将下斜肌止点缝合固定在下直肌颞侧。术后 6个月～ 5年随访 ,观察疗效。结果 :治愈 12例 ( 33 3% ) ,改善 14例 ( 38 9% ) ,失败 10例 ( 2 7 8% )。治愈 12例患者全部在垂直偏斜 <10 Δ 和 11～ 15 Δ 组内 ,失败 10例均为垂直偏斜度数大者。结论 :下斜肌转移术是一种有效、安全、简单可靠的治疗上斜肌麻痹的手术方法 ,其矫正垂直偏斜的度数大约在 10 Δ 左右 Objective: To investigate the effect of inferior oblique muscle transfer in the treatment of supraspinatus paralysis. Methods: 36 cases of supraspinatus paralysis patients underwent oblique surgery, the lower oblique stitch sutured to the lower rectus muscle temporal. After 6 months to 5 years follow-up, observe the effect. Results: 12 cases were cured (33.3%), 14 cases improved (38.9%) and 10 cases failed (27.8%). All 12 patients were cured in the vertical deflection <10 Δ and 11 ~ 15 Δ group, the failure of 10 cases were the large number of vertical skewness. Conclusion: Oblique muscle transfer is an effective, safe, simple and reliable method for the treatment of supraspinatus paralysis. The degree of correction of vertical skewness is about 10Δ
