本文对黄河口北侧30公里的神仙沟(桩11)-10及-20米等深线海区拟建岛式油码头有关的泥沙冲淤问题,从两个方面进行了粗略分析和估算。海滩的淤积问题,通过当地风天含沙量和潮流输沙能力的对比,得出在不破坏海滩自然平衡状态的前题下,流经该海区的泥沙不会落淤的结论。二是岛式油码头基础周围的冲刷问题,应用作者关于波流共同作用下孤立桩周围沙基冲刷深度的研究成果,试算了几个可能出现的波流组合情况下的冲刷深度,建议在工程设计中对此予以重视。
In this paper, we analyze and estimate the sediment scouring and siltation related to Shenxigou (Pile 11) -10 of the north side of the Yellow River Estuary 30 km and the proposed island-type oil wharf at the sea level of -20 meters. The problem of siltation of the beach is compared with that of the current wind and sediment carrying capacity and current sediment transport capacity. The conclusion is that the sediment flowing through the sea will not fall off without prejudice to the natural balance of the beach. The second is the scouring problem around the island oil dock foundation. Based on the research results of the scour scouring depth around the isolated piles under the combined action of wave and flow, the authors try to calculate the scour depth under several possible wave combinations, This should be emphasized in engineering design.
