自密实混凝土在浇筑过程中无须振捣,仅依靠自重就能填充密实,满足不方便振捣工程的施工要求.文章研究养护方式对自密实混凝土性能的影响,采取施工中的五种养护方式:自然养护、标准养护、薄膜养护、麻袋养护和麻袋加薄膜养护,对不同养护方式下的试块进行相应的抗压强度、碳化深度和收缩值的检测,计算并分析不同养护方式下的自密实混凝土性能.试验结果表明:麻袋加薄膜养护是自密实混凝土最为理想的一种养护方式.
Self-compacting concrete need not vibrate in pouring process and can only fill densely by its own weight, so as to meet the construction requirements of inconvenient vibrating engineering.This paper studies the effect of curing methods on the performance of self-compacting concrete, and takes five kinds of curing methods in construction: Natural conservation, standard curing, film curing, sack maintenance and sacking and film curing. The corresponding compressive strength, carbonization depth and shrinkage value of test blocks under different curing modes were tested. The self-compaction under different curing modes was calculated and analyzed. The test results show that the sack and film curing are the most ideal maintenance methods of self-compacting concrete.
