为研究深冷温度对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢磨损性能的影响,对不同深冷温度处理试样进行了磨损试验,硬度试验和显微组织分析试验。结果表明,随深冷温度降低,磨损率越来越小,经过深冷处理后的试样相比于未深冷试样磨损率都降低了很多,硬度逐渐提高。在冷处理和浅冷处理阶段时,温度的变化对材料微观组织和碳化物的析出情况影响较为显著,当温度达到深冷处理阶段时,随温度降低,碳化物析出量进一步增加,碳化物的尺寸基本保持不变。
In order to study the effect of cryogenic temperature on the wear properties of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel, wear test, hardness test and microstructure analysis test were carried out on different cryogenic temperature treated specimens. The results show that with the cryogenic temperature decreases, the wear rate becomes smaller and smaller, the cryogenic treatment after the sample has significantly reduced the wear rate compared with the non-cryogenic specimens, hardness gradually increased. During the cold treatment and light-cold treatment stages, the change of temperature has a significant effect on the microstructure and the precipitation of carbides. When the temperature reaches the cryogenic treatment stage, as the temperature decreases, the amount of carbide precipitation further increases and the size of the carbides remains basically constant.
