采用CAFE模型计算了12Cr2Mo1R钢铸锭凝固过程厚度方向(Z向)晶粒分布状况,考察了冷却强度和变质处理对晶粒分布状况的影响。结果表明:50~800 W/(m2·K)冷却强度范围内,增加冷却强度有利于柱状晶的生长;冷却强度大于800 W/(m2·K)对柱状晶对的生长促进作用明显减弱;冷却强度对中心等轴晶区晶粒分布基本无影响。通过添加异质形核剂变质处理的方法,不仅能抑制柱状晶的生长,还能细化中心等轴晶区晶粒。
The distribution of grain size in the thickness direction (Z direction) of 12Cr2Mo1R ingot during solidification was calculated by CAFE model, and the effect of cooling intensity and metamorphic treatment on grain distribution was investigated. The results show that increasing the cooling intensity is favorable for the growth of columnar crystals in the cooling strength range of 50 ~ 800 W / (m2 · K), and the cooling effect of columnar crystal growth is obviously weakened when the cooling intensity is greater than 800 W / (m2 · K) Cooling intensity of the central equiaxed zone grain distribution basically no effect. Addition of heterogeneous nucleating agent can not only restrain the growth of columnar grains, but also refine the equiaxed grains in the center.
