集团化办学已经成为很多地方推进教育优质均衡发展的重要举措。但直到目前为止,相关研究大多为学理探讨,缺少对这一政策执行效果的实证研究证据,严谨的因果关系推断研究更是缺乏。针对于此,本文利用2009-2015年南京市小学校级面板数据,采用双重差分倾向得分匹配法(PSM-DID)评价了集团化办学政策对师资均衡的影响。实证结果表明,集团化办学政策导致了师生比出现一定程度的下降;提高了具有中级职称教师的占比,但在高水平师资均衡方面,尤其是提高拥有硕士学历和高级职称教师的比例方面,却并未发挥实质性作用。主城区和非主城
