世界人口正逐渐向老龄化发展,随着年龄的增长,老年人的身体机能呈衰减趋势。近年来,有关老年人身体健康和心理健康问题已成为有关方面关注的焦点,大量研究结果表明,现在老年人的体质状况和心理、精神卫生方面的问题十分突出。本文针对60-70岁年龄阶段的老年人的生理心理特点,制定科学的健身运动处方,探讨运动处方对老年人生理和心理的影响。结果表明:健身运动处方对受试者的生理机能和心理健康都产生了积极的影响,对躯体化和偏执等方面的调节和改善有很好的作用。
The world's population is gradually developing towards aging. As we age, the physical function of the elderly declines. In recent years, the issue concerning the physical health and mental health of the elderly has become the focus of attention of relevant parties. A large number of studies show that the physical, mental and mental health problems of the elderly are now outstanding. In this paper, according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly aged 60-70 years old, we formulate a scientific exercise prescription and discuss the impact of exercise prescription on the elderly and the elderly. The results showed that exercise prescription had a positive effect on the physiological function and mental health of subjects, and had a good effect on the regulation and improvement of somatization and paranoid.
