由液相外延方法在YAG晶体衬底上得到了可饱和吸收的Cr ,Ca∶YAG晶体外延层 ,给出了Cr,Ca∶YAG晶体外延层在 5 0 0nm~ 15 0 0nm范围内的室温吸收光谱曲线。分析表明 ,由外延方法获得的Cr,Ca∶YAG晶体吸收光谱的主要特征与提拉法晶体基本相同 ,但发现在 75 0nm左右存在一个弱的吸收峰。这个吸收峰极有可能产生于四面体格位的Cr5+ ,可以归属到电偶极容许的2 B1(2 E)→2 B2 (2 T2 )跃迁。

This absorption peak is most likely to originate from Cr5 + at the tetrahedral site and can be assigned to the 2 B1 (2 E) → 2 B2 (2 T2) transition that is allowed by the dipole.
