研究了微量镁对GH132合金晶界M_3B_2相和性能的影响。在所研究的镁含量范围内,随着镁含量的升高,中温拉伸塑性下降,在700℃附近出现明显低塑性区,其断裂方式由穿晶塑性断裂向沿晶脆性断裂转化。当镁含量为0.0094%时,持久寿命出现蜂值。发现随着镁含量的升高晶界的M_3B_2相明显增多,且聚集、长大。合金性能的变化与镁的晶界偏聚及晶界M_3B_2相的变化有关。
The effect of trace magnesium on the grain boundary M_3B_2 phase and properties of GH132 alloy was studied. Within the range of magnesium content, with the increase of magnesium content, the ductility at mid-temperature decreased, and the obvious low plasticity zone appeared near 700 ℃. The fracture mode was transformed from transgranular plastic fracture to intergranular brittle fracture. When the magnesium content of 0.0094%, the life expectancy appears bee value. It was found that with the increase of Mg content, the M_3B_2 phase in the grain boundary obviously increased, and aggregated and grew up. The changes of the properties of the alloys are related to the segregation of Mg in the grain boundaries and the changes of the M_3B_2 phase in the grain boundaries.
