主要研究了山荆子水提物、80%乙醇提取物、80%丙酮提取物及80%乙酸乙酯提取物的体外抗氧化活性和抗癌细胞增殖活性。每种溶剂提取物抗氧化活性主要通过其体外还原能力测试及脂质过氧化抑制能力来评价。结果表明,4种溶剂提取物均具有良好的还原能力,其中80%丙酮提取物具有最高的还原能力,显著地高于其他溶剂提取物(p<0.05);80%乙酸乙酯提取物具有最高的脂质过氧化抑制活性。另外,这几种提取物均能以剂量依赖的方式抑制HeLa和HepG2细胞的增殖,其中80%乙酸乙酯提取物对HeLa的抑制活性最强(IC50=18.51 mg/mL),80%丙酮提取物对HepG2细胞的抑制活性最强(IC50=21.72 mg/mL)。结果表明山荆子提取物可以作为抗氧化及抗癌增殖的天然资源应用于功能性食品中。
In this paper, the anti-oxidation activity and anti-cancer cell proliferation activity of the extract of Shanyijingzi, 80% ethanol extract, 80% acetone extract and 80% ethyl acetate extract were studied. The antioxidant activity of each solvent extract was evaluated mainly by its in vitro reduction ability test and its ability to inhibit lipid peroxidation. The results showed that all the four solvent extracts had good reducing ability, of which 80% acetone extract had the highest reduction ability, significantly higher than other solvent extracts (p <0.05); 80% ethyl acetate extract had the highest reduction ability Of lipid peroxidation inhibitory activity. In addition, these extracts all inhibited the proliferation of HeLa and HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Among them, 80% ethyl acetate extract had the strongest inhibitory activity on HeLa (IC50 = 18.51 mg / mL), 80% acetone The inhibitory activity of HepG2 cells was the strongest (IC50 = 21.72 mg / mL). The results show that the shanzi extract can be used as a natural source of antioxidant and anti-cancer proliferation of functional foods.
