目的:制定猫豆药材的质量标准,为该药用植物资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用了薄层色谱法、HPLC法、水分测定法、灰分测定法及浸出物测定法。结果:猫豆药材含的左旋多巴薄层色谱中,在与对照品同一位置显相同颜色的斑点。HPLC定量分析中,左旋多巴线性范围为26.45~132.25μg/mL(r=0.9992),平均回收率为103.8%,RSD=1.85%。结论:所建立的分析方法简便、准确、可靠,重现性好,可作为该药材的质量标准。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of cat bean medicinal materials and provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of medicinal plant resources. Methods: Thin-layer chromatography, HPLC, moisture determination, ash determination and extract determination were used. Results: Catharanthes medicine containing levodopa TLC, the same position with the reference substance was the same color spots. The linear range of HPLC was 26.45 ~ 132.25μg / mL (r = 0.9992) with the average recovery of 103.8% and RSD = 1.85%. Conclusion: The established analytical method is simple, accurate, reliable, reproducible, and can be used as the quality standard of this medicine.
