目的了解乐山市儿童麻疹IgG抗体水平,为麻疹的预防和控制直至消灭提供科学依据。方法按照人体免疫水平监测方法,随机采取乐山市境内的犍为、峨边、夹江3个县0~14岁180名儿童的血清,定量检测其中的麻疹IgG抗体活性,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果所调查的犍为、峨边、夹江3个县180名儿童麻疹IgG抗体阳性149例,阳性率为82.78%;3个县麻疹IgG抗体阳性率分别为91.67%、86.67%、70.00%,三者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.24,P=0.01);各年龄组阳性率分别为0~3岁92.59%、4~6岁83.58%、7~10岁84.09%;11~14岁73.81%,各年龄组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=11.46,P=0.075);男性阳性率80.19%,女性阳性率86.49%,男女性之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.24,P=0.537)。结论乐山市受调查县的儿童已形成良好的麻疹免疫屏障,麻疹疫苗的接种工作取得了良好成效,但还应对部分易感人群进行适时强化免疫,进一步提高免疫水平。
Objective To understand the level of measles IgG antibody in children in Leshan City and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of measles. Methods According to the monitoring method of human immunity, the serums of 180 children aged 0-14 years from 3 counties in Ebian, Ebian and Jiajiang were randomly collected to detect the IgG antibody activity of measles among them, and the results were statistically analyzed . Results The results of the survey were as follows: In the Ebian and Jiajiang counties, there were 149 measles IgG positive patients in the three counties, the positive rate was 82.78%. The positive rates of measles IgG antibodies in the three counties were 91.67%, 86.67%, 70.00% (Χ2 = 13.24, P = 0.01). The positive rates of each age group were 92.59% from 0 to 3 years old, 83.58% from 4 to 6 years old, 84.09% from 7 to 10 years old, and 11 to 14 years old (Χ2 = 11.46, P = 0.075). The positive rate was 80.19% in males and 86.49% in females, there was no significant difference between males and females (χ2 = 1.24, P = 0.537). Conclusion Children in the investigated counties in Leshan City have formed a good immune barrier to measles. Vaccination against measles vaccine has achieved good results. However, some susceptible populations should also be given timely immunizations to further enhance their immunity.
