Different languages are different cultures, each other as heterogeneous other existence. Translation of the positioning, first of all should be translation, that is, the introduction of a different from our native language and culture. Excessive localization of the translated text will make the target of the translation lose its original cultural identity, that is, it will lose its other character and will not be able to meet and collide with the native culture. Excessively maintaining the heterogeneity of the translated text will result in Translated works twists and turns, the loss of its basic form of beauty and readability. There should be an exact balance between the localization of the translation and the preservation of the heterogeneity of the translation.
