目的:探讨姜黄素对佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠踝关节组织病理学改变和免疫器官质量的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、姜黄素组。模型组、姜黄素组用弗氏完全佐剂造模后,姜黄素组每日予姜黄素液腹腔注射,正常组和模型组分别给予生理盐水、1%二甲基亚砜溶剂1 m L腹腔注射。给药结束后将大鼠处死,取胸腺、脾脏,电子天平称重,并取踝关节、胸腺、脾脏行病理学检查。结果:HE染色光镜下观察,姜黄素组滑膜周围软组织炎性细胞浸润程度较模型组减轻;姜黄素组胸腺质量较模型组减少(P<0.05)。结论:姜黄素可以减轻佐剂性关节炎大鼠炎症反应,并降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠胸腺质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of curcumin on pathological changes of ankle joints and the quality of immune organs in adjuvant arthritis model rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and curcumin group. In the model group and the curcumin group, Freund’s complete adjuvant was used to establish the model. Curcumin group was intraperitoneally injected with curcumin solution. The normal group and the model group were given normal saline, 1 ml dimethylsulfoxide solution injection. Rats were sacrificed after the administration, thymus, spleen and electronic balance were weighed, and pathological examination of ankle, thymus and spleen was performed. Results: Under the HE staining, the infiltration of inflammatory cells around the synovial membrane of curcumin group was lesser than that of the model group. The thymus mass of the curcumin group was lower than that of the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Curcumin can reduce the inflammatory response in adjuvant arthritis rats and reduce the thymus mass in adjuvant arthritis rats.
