我们对组合冲模的圆形冲裁凹模作了某些改进,使之既能用于冲裁,又能用于拉延。在冲裁圆形零件、冲圆孔或拉延圆筒形零件时,只要把凹模正放或倒置,犹如小孩玩积木一样,在同一个凹模上,即可实现落料(冲孔)和拉延两种不同的功能,故可一模多用,减少了凹模的数量。模具工作部分的具体结构如图1所示。进行冲裁时,凹模的放置形式如图1所示。卡在凹模洞口的冲件或废料积累到一定的数量后,即可从带锥度的部分落下;而当进行拉延时,凹模的放置形式则倒置过来,如图2所
