目的:探讨二维超声和彩色多普勒诊断视网膜母细胞瘤的价值。方法:应用二维超声观察22例(23只眼)视网膜母细胞瘤图像,其中9例曾行彩色多普勒检查,全部病例均经手术或CT证实。结果:二维超声发现视网膜母细胞瘤的形态以不规则形、类圆形和半圆形最多见,占95.7%(22/23),有17例出现钙斑回声(77.9%),12例并发视网膜脱离。彩色多普勒表现视网膜中央动脉(CRA)红色血流信号进入肿瘤内呈分支状。脉冲多普勒显示CRA收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV),平均血流速度(V),舒张末期血流速度(EDV)均较建侧有明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:钙斑回声和CRA血流特征是诊断视网膜母细胞瘤的主要依据
Objective: To evaluate the value of two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler in the diagnosis of retinoblastoma. Methods: 22 cases (23 eyes) of retinoblastoma were observed by two-dimensional ultrasonography. Nine of them were examined by color Doppler. All cases were confirmed by surgery or CT. Results: The appearance of retinoblastoma by two - dimensional ultrasonography was the most common in irregular, round and semicircle, accounting for 95.7% (22/23) and 17 (77.9% ), 12 cases of retinal detachment. Color Doppler performance of the central retinal artery (CRA) red blood flow signal into the tumor was branched. Pulse Doppler showed that CRA peak systolic peak blood flow velocity (PSV), mean blood flow velocity (V), end diastolic velocity (EDV) were significantly higher than those of the contralateral side (P <0.01). Conclusion: Calcium plaque echo and CRA blood flow characteristics are the main basis for the diagnosis of retinoblastoma
