The effects of lead and zinc, lead, zinc and selenium on neurobehavioral function, brain tissue, LPO level and GSH-Px activity in mice were studied. The relationship between. The results showed that the learning and memory abilities of the mice in lead alone group were decreased, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in brain tissue and erythrocytes increased, and the activity of GSH-Px in whole blood decreased, which was significantly different from the control group. The combination of Pb, Zn and Pb, Zn, Zn and Se groups increased the error rate of water maze, shortened the time to reach the safety table, decreased the content of MDA in brain tissue and erythrocytes, and increased the activity of GSH-Px in whole blood, which was statistically significant compared with lead alone
