对事业部组织结构的合理性的思考,旨在优化其现有结构形式,对其存在的缺陷进行适当改善,使事业部组织结构更适用于企业及市场需求。提高企业生产管理效益,降低企业内部矛盾,使各事业部更趋公平。经反复斟酌,提出谋划部这一设想,分析事业部组织形式特点及其他各组织结构优缺点,对设想进行理论论证。该设想主要在原有事业部组织结构形式的基础上,针对存在的缺陷,拟定一个新的部门——谋划部,帮助协调规范事业部组织结构。
