一.概况 我国绝大部分铸铁件系采用冷风冲天炉熔化铁水,而目前国内冷风冲天炉普遍存在着熔化率低、焦铁比高、铁水温度低韵现象,故废品率较高,劳动生产率低,焦炭的消耗量大。特别是在各省大量吃土焦的情况下,原有冲天炉很难生产优质铁水。随着我国机械工业的发展以及战备的需要,利用本地土焦化铁,增加铸铁件产量,提高质量,生产球墨铸铁及其它高级铸铁,都迫切要求结合我国具体情况,改进现有冲天炉。

With the development of China’s machinery industry and the need of combat readiness, the use of local soil coking iron to increase the output of cast iron and improve the quality of ductile iron and other high-grade cast iron are urgently required to improve the existing cupola in light of China’s specific conditions.
