电厂中的风机既要有很高的运行稳定性,又要有较高的运行效率。对两组轴流式风机分别在保持相同转速和相同最高压比点参数的条件下,进行气动性能的实验研究。结果表明:具有弯掠动叶的轴流风机不仅提高了运行效率,而且能大幅度地拓宽稳定运行范围。根据实验结果,分析了其高稳定性和节能优点的机理。
Fans in power plants not only have high operating stability, but also have higher operating efficiency. The experimental study of the aerodynamic performance of the two axial fans was carried out under the condition of keeping the same rotational speed and the same maximum pressure ratio point parameters respectively. The results show that the axial flow fan with curved swept blades not only improves the operating efficiency, but also greatly expands the stable operating range. According to the experimental results, the mechanism of its high stability and energy saving advantages is analyzed.
