日本大学医学部的研究人员通过动物实验,在世界上首次证实啤酒中的啤酒花具有防癌作用。研究人员将出生后7周小鼠分成两组,每组4只,对其中一组老鼠的皮肤涂敷溶化在甲醇中的啤酒花的浸出物。半小时以后,再对两组大鼠涂以强烈的致癌物质。6小时以后,对两组大鼠的炎症部位进行比较。
Researchers at Nihon University Medical School confirmed for the first time in the world that animals in beer have anti-cancer effects through animal experiments. The researchers divided the mice seven weeks after birth into two groups of four, each of which was exposed to the hops of methanol dissolved in methanol. Half an hour later, two groups of rats were then coated with a strong carcinogen. Six hours later, the inflammatory sites of the two groups of rats were compared.
