目的探讨腹外疝的围术期护理方法及对临床恢复的影响分析。方法选择我院2012年6月至2014年8月收治的79例腹外疝患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组39例,实施常规护理,观察组40例,实施围术期优质护理,对两组护理情况进行分析。结果观察组干预后满意率为92.50%,对照组为74.36%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后并发症发生率为10.00%,对照组为33.33%,差异显著(P<0.05);结论对腹外疝患者实施围术期优质护理,可降低并发症发生,提高护理满意率,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of abdominal hernia and its influence on clinical recovery. Methods A total of 79 patients with abdominal hernia treated in our hospital from June 2012 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group (39 cases), routine nursing group (40 cases) and perioperative nursing group Two groups of nursing situation analysis. Results After the intervention, the satisfaction rate was 92.50% in the observation group and 74.36% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications was 10.00% in the observation group and 33.33% in the control group <0.05) .Conclusion Perioperative quality nursing for patients with extra-abdominal hernia can reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
