目的:建立凝胶色谱-高效液相色谱快速筛查肉制食品中苯并(a)芘的分析方法。方法:样品以环己烷超声提取,采用凝胶色谱分离净化提取,浓缩后用甲醇定容,LC-FLD检测,外标法定量。结果:样品加标回收率在94.7%~109%;相对标准偏差RSD在3.67%~6.25%;当取样量为5g时,检出限为0.5μg/kg。结论:该检测技术操作简便、定量准确,适用于肉制食品中苯并(a)芘的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the rapid screening of benzo (a) pyrene in meat products by gel chromatography - high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The samples were extracted with cyclohexane by ultrasonic and purified by gel chromatography. After concentration, the samples were fixed with methanol and quantified by LC-FLD and external standard method. Results: The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 94.7% to 109%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 3.67% to 6.25%. When the sample volume was 5 g, the detection limit was 0.5 μg / kg. Conclusion: The detection technique is simple, accurate and accurate and is suitable for the determination of benzo (a) pyrene in meat products.
