针对溜井深、直径大的特点,研发了一种用于矿山溜井的视频采集系统。该系统通过高分辨率彩色工业数字摄像机和LED冷光源投光灯组成的视频采集探头,实现对溜井井壁的全景扫描。利用千兆网传输大数据量视频图像,采用可识别相位计数器将高精度旋转编码器的模拟信号转换为数字信号,基于VC++开发串口通信程序,在视频监控端实时显示视频探头井深数据,实现监测点的井深定位;运用自主开发的程序进行图像的拼接处理,得到溜井井壁的全景视频图像。实际验证结果表明,该系统可以直观反映溜井内壁的磨损破坏情况和可能存在的浮石位置,为矿山溜井的安全生产和维护提供可靠依据。
Aiming at the characteristics of deep well and large diameter, a video acquisition system for mine runway has been developed.
