京剧《草原烽火》,是北京京剧团于继《智擒惯匪座山雕》以后1960年演出的又一出现代剧目。辍演三年,最近又重新演出,自不免有些生疏,一些早已感到的缺点也来不及进行修改,但演来仍很动人。《草原烽火》原是乌兰巴干同志的优秀长篇小说。写的是在抗日战争时期,内蒙古科尔沁草原的奴隶和牧民,在党的领导下向封建王爷及其主子日本帝国主义者展开的一场尖锐斗争。这是一首描写奴隶翻身斗争的英雄诗篇,也是一曲歌唱蒙、汉两族人民战斗友谊的颂歌。用京剧特有的艺术力量来体现这个激动人心的主题,确是一件十分有意义的事情。
Peking Opera “Prairie beacon”, is Beijing Peking Opera Troupe following the “intelligence captured the gangster seat mountain carving” after the 1960 show another generation on behalf of the repertoire. After three years of trilogy and recent re-performance, I can not help but be unfamiliar with some of the shortcomings I have already felt are too late to make any changes. However, the performance is still very moving. “Prairie beacon” was originally an excellent novel by Comrade Ulan Baka. It is written that during the Anti-Japanese War, the slaves and herders in Horqin grassland in Inner Mongolia, under the leadership of the party, had a sharp fight against the feudal princes and their master Japanese imperialists. This is a heroic poem that describes the struggle of slaves, and is also an ode to singing the fighting friendships of the Mongolian and Han peoples. It is indeed a very meaningful thing to express this exciting theme with the special artistic power of Beijing Opera.
