2009年1月7日,中国“3G悬疑”终于一锤定音,我国通信业由此正式迈入全业务运营时代。然而,随着业界同仁额手称庆时刻的到来,各运营企业同时也迎来了重大挑战—无论是重组,还是战略转型,抑或履行社会责任,如何提高执行力?面对目前复杂的形势,执行力在决定企业兴衰的同时,也决定了一名管理者的成长空间。著名管理学家拉里.博西迪和拉姆.查兰在《执行》一书中说过:“作为一名领导者,如果不知道如何去执行,你的所有工作都将无法取得预期的结果”。因此,对管理者而言,执行力不是某项单一素质的凸显,而是多种素质的结合与表现。
