随着全面建设小康社会历程的不断推进,国民经济的持续发展,汽车工业迅速崛起和大规模交通设施建设全面展开,交通环境得到了有利的改善,交通状况也有所好转,但是根据统计资料表明交通安全水平并没有得到提高,交通事故导致的经济损失和伤亡人数还在增加。新颁布的《公路工程技术标准》(JT-GB01-2003)调整了各级公路的设计车速、路基压实度值、桥与隧道的分类、公路的交叉口设计、交通工程及沿线设施与安全指标,引入了运行速度和安全评价概念,但在设计对交通安全的保证作用上,体系仍然不完全明确。本文深入研究了公路设计对道路交通安全的影响因素与改善方法。
With the constant progress of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, the continuous development of the national economy, the rapid rise of the automobile industry and the construction of large-scale transport facilities are in full swing. Traffic environment has been greatly improved and traffic conditions have also been somewhat improved. However, according to statistics, Safety standards have not been raised and the economic losses and casualties caused by traffic accidents are still on the rise. The newly promulgated “Technical Standards for Highway Engineering” (JT-GB01-2003) adjusted the design speed, subgrade compaction value, classification of bridges and tunnels, intersection design of highways, traffic engineering and facilities and safety along the roads Indicators, the introduction of speed and safety assessment concept, but in the design of the role of transport security assurance, the system is still not entirely clear. This paper studies in depth the influencing factors and improving methods of highway traffic safety on road traffic.
