以乙醇为溶剂,苯甲醛和苯乙酮为原料,在无机碱Na OH为催化剂作用下通过超声辐射合成了苯亚甲基苯乙酮,产物经IR和1HNMR分析表征,并考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、超声辐射时间和功率等因素对产物收率的影响.实验结果表明,当苯甲醛与苯乙酮的的摩尔比为1:1,催化剂的用量为8.3 mL,超声波辐射功率为700W,超声波辐射40 min,苯亚甲基苯乙酮产率达92%.此合成方法与传统的合成方法相比,具有反应时间短、产率高、易纯化、物耗低及污染少等优点,体现了有机合成教学绿色化的改革目标.
Benzaldehyde and acetophenone were used as raw materials. Benzoylmethoxyacetophenone was synthesized by ultrasonic irradiation under the action of NaOH as inorganic catalyst. The products were characterized by IR and 1HNMR. The effects of raw materials ratio , The amount of catalyst, ultrasonic irradiation time and power on the yield of the product.The experimental results show that when the molar ratio of benzaldehyde to acetophenone is 1: 1, the amount of catalyst is 8.3 mL, the ultrasonic radiation power is 700W , Ultrasonic irradiation 40 min, the yield of benzylidene acetophenone is 92% .Compared with the traditional synthesis method, this method has the advantages of short reaction time, high yield, easy purification, low material consumption and less pollution, Reflects the organic synthesis teaching green reform goals.
