通过纸层析、薄板层析和电泳方法的对照试验，小结了以醋酸纤维薄膜为支持物，以ｐＨ５．８磷酸缓冲液为介质的电泳方法及其电泳条件。该法能将放化杂质￣（９９）Ｔｃ￣ｍＯ＿２胶体与￣（９９）Ｔｃ￣ｍ右旋糖酐（￣（９９）Ｔｃ￣ｍ－Ｄｘ）分离、并测定其含量。
By electrophoresis of paper chromatography, thin layer chromatography and electrophoresis, the electrophoresis method and its electrophoresis conditions using acetate film as substrate, pH5.8 phosphate buffer as medium were summarized. The method can separate the ~ (99) Tc ~ mO 2 colloid and 99 Tc ~ m dextran (~ (99) Tc ~ m-Dx) and determine its content.
