结果 护理之后观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压变化的情况相对对照组而言更理想(P<0.05);护理后观察组(5例,占10.42%)比对照组(14例,占29.17%)的并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);观察“,”Objective To analyze the effect of whole process intervention in the nursing of hypertension patients. Methods A total of 96 patients with hypertension were selected from our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=48) and observation group (n=48). The treatment measures of the two groups were the same, the patients in the control group received routine nursing services, while the patients in the observation group started the whole process of nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the changes of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were more ideal than those in the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the incidence of complications in the observation group (5 cases, accounting for 10.42%) was lower than that in the control group (14 cases, accounting for 29.17%) (P <0.05). The improvement of SAS, SDS, PSQI and other scores in the observation group after nursing was more ideal than that in the control group (P <0.05). The observation group (46 cases, accounting for 95.83%) had higher evaluation of nursing satisfaction than the control group (39 cases, accounting for 81.25%) (P <0.05). Conclusion In the process of receiving nursing services for patients with hypertension, a full-course nursing intervention model has a significant effect on the patient\'s blood pressure regulation, reduce the impact of complications on the patient\'s body, improve the patient\'s anxiety and depression, and improve overall sleep quality can also improve the quality of life of patients and increase overall satisfaction.
