目的建立大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察柿叶乙醇提取物对心肌缺血的保护作用。方法结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支下1/3,造成心肌梗死,测定结扎前后心电图的变化、血清中心肌酶活性,以及结扎21h后梗死坏死范围,观察柿叶乙醇提取物抗心肌缺血作用,并以复方丹参滴丸、消心痛作阳性药对照。结果柿叶乙醇提取物可显著对抗结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支所致大鼠急性心肌缺血心电图S-T段的抬高,显著减少心率失常的发生率,明显减小心肌梗死的范围,降低血清CK和LDH的含量,上述作用与复方丹参滴丸和消心痛相似。结论降脂1号具有抗心肌缺血作用。
Objective To establish a model of acute myocardial ischemia in rats and observe the protective effect of ethanol extract of persimmon leaves on myocardial ischemia. Methods The left lower coronary artery was ligated in the lower third of the left coronary artery to induce myocardial infarction. Changes of electrocardiogram before and after ligation, activity of serum myocardial enzymes, and extent of infarct necrosis 21 h after ligation were observed. The anti-myocardial ischemia effect of ethanol extract of persimmon leaves was observed. , And compound Danshen Dripping Pills, Xiaoxin pain as a positive drug control. Results The ethanol extract of persimmon leaf could significantly counteract the elevation of ST segment of acute myocardial ischemic electrocardiogram induced by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery in rats, significantly reduce the incidence of arrhythmia, and significantly reduce the scope of myocardial infarction. The levels of serum CK and LDH are similar to those of compound Danshen Dripping Pills and isotonic acid. Conclusion Jiangzhi No.1 has anti-ischemic effect.
