轻集料混凝土具有轻质、耐久等性能优点以及保温、隔音、抗震等功能特点,既可用于非承重结构,也可以用于主要承重结构,应用领域非常广阔。文章用正交试验的方法对陶粒混凝土的配合比进行了试验研究,分析了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、陶粒体积用量对混凝土各龄期强度的影响。由极差和方差分析得出,水胶比是影响抗压和抗折强度的关键因素,随胶凝材料用量的增加,混凝土强度增大;粉煤灰能降低混凝土的早期强度,但对后期强度有提高;陶粒体积用量对混凝土早期强度影响不大,对后期强度有一定的影响。经过综合分析和验证试验,提出满足设计力学条件要求的配合比为。
